ของจิ๋ว น้ำพริกปลาทู(13) - Miniature Food Stuff - NamPrikPlaToo (13)

สวัสดีอีกครั้งค่ะ
วันนี้ขอรวมชุดน้ำพริกปลาทูทั้ง 2 ถาดนะคะ  มาดูกันว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างไร  น่าสนใจมากค่ะ

ความเหมือนที่แตกต่าง

ของจิ๋ว - น้ำพริกปลาทู ชะอมทอดไข่ และผักต้มต่างๆ

จานนี้มีน้ำพริกอยู่ในถ้วยลายครามขนาดจิ๋ว  เห็นพริกสีเขียวและแดง มะเชือพวง และกุ้งแห้ง สีกะปิก็เหมือนจริงค่ะ ผักต้มต่างๆ ก็น่ารับทานมาก  เช่น ผักทอดยอด (ผักบุ้ง) และถั่วฝักยาวต้มขมวดพอคำ ราดด้วยกะทิ ฯลฯ  อย่างอื่นภาพก็บรรยายด้วยตัวเองแล้วค่ะ  รู้แต่ว่าเป็นงานปั้นของจิ๋วที่ทำด้วยความบรรจงและความอุตสาหะ  แล้วอย่าลืมสนับสนุนงานของคนไทยด้วยนะคะ

ของจิ๋วจานนี้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผักสดกับของทอดค่ะ   ลวดลายในแตงกวาสวยมากค่ะ ถั่วฝักยาวดูสดกรอบ ชะอมทอดไข่ก็ต้องทำเป็นชั้นๆ ตัดแบบขนมเปียกปูนพอคำ  เหมือนจริงๆ  เห็นแล้วก็หิววววววววววว....

This dish, mostly are streamed vegetable, for example, morning glories, wing beans, long bean topping with coconut milk etc.

Delicated Miniature stuff - in my finger tips

Additionally, this dish mostly are green vegetable ie. carved carrot, long bean, cabbage etc,  I personally do like all of those miniature stuff in both dishes, especially, sliced cucumber with delicate pattern in the middle.  They are so wonderful and amazing craftmanship, also Artistic Endeavors.
