สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆ
วันนี้รู้สึกหิวๆ  ก็เลยนึกถึงอาหารจานโปรดของบ้านเรา  นั่นคือ ข้าวสวยร้อนๆ กับน้ำพริก  แต่น้ำพริกที่รสชาดอร่อยและนิยมมากอย่างหนึ่งก็คือ  น้ำพริกปลาทู

น้ำพริกปลาทู  นอกจากจะเป็นอาหารจานอร่อยของทุกครอบครัวแล้ว  ดังสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงวัฒนธรรมในการกิน ที่มีอาหารครบทั้ง 5 หมู่  และที่สำคัญที่เราควรภูมิใจอย่างยิ่ง  คือสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความอุดมสมบูรณ์ในทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในดินแดนแหลมทองแห่งนี้  ทั้งเป็นอู่ข้าวอู่น้ำ มีพืชพันธุ์ผักและสมุนไพรหลากหลาย  รวมทั้งแหล่งอาหารจากท้องทะเลไทย

เมืองไทยเป็นเมืองที่อุดมสมบูรณ์  และอยู่เย็นเป็นสุขมาช้านาน  จนเราเคยชินกับชีวิตที่แวดล้อมไปด้วยความอุดมสมบูรณ์ตามธรรมชาติ  ที่ชาวต่างชาติเขาไม่ค่อยมี  เชื่อว่า..คนไทยที่เคยอยู่ต่างประเทศจะซาบซึ้งดีในประเด็นนี้  เราคนไทยจึงควรรักกัน และรักบ้านเกิดเมืองนอนของตนให้มากๆ ด้วยค่ะ

อาหารจิ๋ว 

Hello friends
This evening, I feel hungry,  then I  think about food..  and Thai favorite dish is Nam Prik with steamed rice.. Wowww.. Yummy.   In Thailand, there are several kinds of NamPrik (Chilli Paste), second to none -chilli pastes is NamPrik Platoo (chilli paste with deep fried mackerel and various kinds of vegetable or Thai herbs).

I am confident to say that NamPrikPlatoo is a favorite dish to every family.  Besides, it can reflect ourThai culture of consumption which completes of 5 major groups, Carbohydrate, Protein, Fat, Mineral etc.  I think  we should be proud because it also reflects the abundance of natural resources on our land.  Abaudance of food, rice in field, fish in river, vegetable and various kinds of tropical herbs in everywhere.

Thailand owns rich land, easy to cultivate plants as well as rich river and sea easy to find fish.  We have got used to the happiness living surrounded by natural fertility for a long long time.  But those Thai people who used to spent their lives in overseas will be easily acknowledge this issue and appreciate for our natural fertility, I believe.  Therefore, we do wish our THAIS LOVE EACH OTHER.. as well as LOVE OUR MOTHERLAND.
