 This genus of orchids is still high priced especially if the plant is flowering.

Amazing pattern in petals

  It is purchased as a gift on special occasions.  Besides, it grows well at a lower temperature.

I think that it will be more valuable, if you can make or sculpt Phalaenopsis with clay, and give it a gift to the one you love and respect.  This blog also showed how to make Phalaenopsis with clay.
