Miniature tangerine tree - Bonsai

This is tangerine bonsai tree, my first bonsai tree sculpted with Japanese clay.

It took me more than one month to complete it..  you do believe?

This probably caused from my unskillful, it is the first time for me to learn how to do and there are so many details to sculpt and hand paint.

Miniature tangerine flowers, fruit and leaves

I started from 30 miniature tangerine fruit - 3 different sizes and hand painted with different shade copy from the real color, from youngest fruit with green, and yellowish and light green, orange mix with red as ripe tangerines.

Then more than 120 leaves on this tangerine bonsai, of course with light green, medium green, dark green, also dried leaves with yellow and brown, are made.  And then more than 10 of miniature white flowers.

The most challenge and difficult part of this project is the structure of stem and bark, which we have to imagine how it look like before making it.

วันนี้ไปชมต้นส้มบอนไซกันต่อนะคะ ต้นนี้ใช้เวลากว่าเดือนจึงทำเสร็จ

เนื่องจากเป็นการเรียนทำบอนไซครั้งแรก และยังไม่มีความชำนาญ  อีกทั้งยังมีรายละเอียดของงานหลายอย่าง เช่น ผลส้ม 3 ขนาด ประมาณ 30 ผล ระบายสีตามจริง เช่น ผลส้มสีเขียวเข้ม-ผลอ่อน ใบสัมขนาดและสีต่างๆ กว่า 120 ใบ และดอกส้มจิ๋วๆ น่ารักๆ สีขาวสวยอีกกว่า 10 ดอก

แต่งานที่ท้าทายและยากที่สุดคงจะเป็น โครงของต้นบอนไซ ซึ่งต้องจินตนาการก่อนว่า จะให้ออกมาในรูปแบบใด แล้วนำใบ ผล ดอก มาประกอบเข้ากับต้นค่ะ
